All prices shown on the Website are in British Pounds Sterling (GBP) and include VAT where applicable. We take reasonable care to ensure that pricing and product descriptions are accurate. However, if we discover an error in the price or description of a product you have ordered, we will contact you to inform you of the error and give you the option to continue with the order at the correct price or cancel the order for a full refund.

3. How to Place an Order

When you place an order through the Website, you are making an offer to purchase the products. We will send you an order confirmation email, which constitutes our acceptance of your offer and forms a binding contract between us. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order at our discretion, in which case we will issue a full refund.

Payment is taken at the time of purchase. All transactions are processed securely by Square. We do not store your full payment card details on our servers.

5. Delivery

We currently deliver to addresses within the United Kingdom only. All UK orders benefit from free standard delivery via Royal Mail. Orders are processed within 2–4 working days and transit typically takes 3–5 working days, giving an estimated total delivery time of 5–9 working days from the date of purchase. Orders placed after 5:00 PM (GMT) or on weekends and bank holidays will begin processing on the next working day. Please note that delivery times are estimates and not guaranteed. 6. Your Right to Cancel (Cooling-Off Period)

Under the Consumer Contracts (Information, Cancellation and Additional Charges) Regulations 2013, you have the right to cancel your order within 14 days of receiving the goods, without giving any reason. To exercise this right, you must inform us of your decision to cancel by contacting us at support@pimali.co.uk before the 14-day period expires. You must return the goods to us within 14 days of informing us of the cancellation. The goods must be unused, in their original packaging, and in a resaleable condition. You are responsible for the cost of returning the goods unless they are faulty or not as described.

7. Returns and Refunds

In addition to your statutory cancellation rights, we offer a 30-day returns policy. If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you may return the item(s) within 30 days of receiving your order for a full refund of the product price.

To initiate a return, please contact us at support@pimali.co.uk with your order number. Items must be unworn, undamaged, and returned in their original packaging. Once we have received and inspected your returned item(s), we will process your refund to your original payment method within 10 working days.

8. Your Consumer Rights

Nothing in these Terms affects your statutory rights under the Consumer Rights Act 2015. Under this Act, goods must be of satisfactory quality, fit for purpose, and as described. If the goods you receive do not meet these standards, you are entitled to a repair, replacement, or refund.
