Returns & Refunds Policy

We want you to love your Pimali purchase. If you are not completely satisfied, we are happy to help with a return or exchange. This policy outlines your options in addition to your statutory rights under the Consumer Rights Act 2015.

30-Day Returns

You may return any item within 30 days of receiving your order for a full refund of the product price. To be eligible for a return:

  • Items must be unworn and undamaged.
  • Items must be returned in their original packaging.
  • Items must be in a resaleable condition.

How to Start a Return

To initiate a return, please email us at support@pimali.co.uk with:

  • Your order number
  • The item(s) you wish to return
  • The reason for the return

We will confirm your return request and provide you with instructions on how to send the item(s) back to us.

Return Shipping

For standard returns (change of mind), the customer is responsible for the cost of return postage. We recommend using a tracked delivery service, as we cannot be held responsible for items lost in transit.

For faulty or incorrectly sent items, we will cover the cost of return postage.

Refund Processing

Once we receive and inspect your returned item(s), we will process your refund to your original payment method. Refunds are typically processed within 10 working days of us receiving the returned goods. Please allow additional time for the refund to appear in your account, depending on your payment provider.

Exchanges

If you would like to exchange an item for a different size or style, please contact us at support@pimali.co.uk with your order number and the item you would like instead. Exchanges are subject to availability.

Faulty or Incorrect Items

If you receive a faulty, damaged, or incorrect item, please contact us immediately at support@pimali.co.uk with:

  • Your order number
  • A photo of the item and the fault
  • A description of the issue

We will arrange a free return and send you a replacement or issue a full refund, including any original delivery costs.

Your Statutory Rights

This policy does not affect your statutory rights under the Consumer Rights Act 2015. Under this Act, you are entitled to a refund, repair, or replacement if the goods are faulty, not as described, or not fit for purpose. You have 30 days from the date of delivery to reject goods and claim a full refund for faulty items.

14-Day Cooling-Off Period

In addition to our 30-day returns policy, you have a statutory right to cancel your order within 14 days of receiving the goods under the Consumer Contracts (Information, Cancellation and Additional Charges) Regulations 2013, without giving any reason. Our 30-day policy extends beyond this minimum statutory period.
