Delivery Area

We currently deliver to all addresses within the United Kingdom. We do not offer international shipping at this time.

Delivery Cost

We offer free standard delivery on all UK orders. There is no minimum order value required.

Delivery Method

All orders are dispatched via Royal Mail. Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information where available.

Processing & Handling Time

Orders are processed and prepared for dispatch within 2–4 working days of placing your order. Orders placed after 5:00 PM (GMT) or on weekends and bank holidays will begin processing on the next working day.

Transit Time

Once dispatched, Royal Mail standard delivery typically takes 3–5 working days to arrive.

Estimated Total Delivery Time

Including processing and transit, you can expect to receive your order within 5–9 working days from the date of purchase. Please note that working days are Monday to Friday, excluding UK bank holidays. During busy periods (such as bank holidays, sale events, or the festive season), deliveries may take slightly longer.

Order Tracking

Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive an email with your Royal Mail tracking number. You can track your parcel on the Royal Mail website at royalmail.com/track-your-item.

Missing or Delayed Orders

If your order has not arrived within 14 working days of placing your order, please contact us at support@pimali.co.uk with your order number, and we will investigate with Royal Mail on your behalf.

Incorrect Delivery Address

Please ensure your delivery address is complete and accurate when placing your order. We are not responsible for orders delivered to an incorrect address provided by the customer. If you notice an error in your delivery address after placing your order, please contact us as soon as possible and we will do our best to update it before dispatch.
